On March 9, Carenet Pregnancy Center Berkley/Detroit dedicated and blessed their brand new Ultrasound Machine given to them by the kind and generous members of Knights of Columbus. This was an added feature to Carenets’ new facility.

According to Life News, 78% of mother’s who see an ultrasound of their baby, are more inclined to keep the child, or put it up for adoption, then to abort it because they can see that it is a human baby, not just a clump of cells as described by Planned Parenthood, who discourages ultrasounds.

The motto of Carenet is, “Our desire is that every woman – every couple facing pregnancy will be fully informed and have all the information they need to make the best decision for them. We operate from a holistic model meaning that we are concerned about your physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. As a non-profit, faith-based organization we are committed to serving clients of all faiths and walks of life without prejudice or judgment.

We are staffed by medical professionals and trained client advocates, both paid staff and volunteers working under the supervision of our Medical Director, a Board certified practitioner.

Because of generous community support, we are able to provide all services at no charge to you. We do not receive any government funding for our operations.”
